Civil Law Practice & Court Craft
The matters of Civil Law Nature are between individuals, organizations, or between the two in which the rights and liabilities of the individual or organization are to be determined. Monetary compensation or a direction of relief is generally awarded in favor of the sufferer in a civil law dispute. Such compensation or relief can be life-changing or life-wrecking, which is why litigants look for the best civil lawyers to side them.
An informed choice can, of course, yield better consequences. At Legal Ease Attorney, we pride ourselves on demonstrating the core qualities expected in the best civil advocate: thorough legal research, procedural precision under the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), assertive courtroom advocacy, and complete fidelity to our client's cause.

New Criminal Law Framework (BNS, BNSS & BSA 2023)
Effective 1st July 2024, India replaced its century-old criminal statutes (IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act) with three modern criminal enactments. Our trial attorneys in Dehradun possess complete mastery over both the former codes and the new statutory regime:
1. Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS)
Replaces the IPC with 358 sections. Key provisions include BNS Section 103 (Murder - formerly IPC 302), BNS Section 111 (Organised Crime), BNS Section 351 (Criminal Intimidation - formerly IPC 506), and community service for minor offenses.
2. Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS)
Replaces the CrPC. Introduces BNSS Section 173 (Zero FIR & e-FIR options), mandatory forensic collection for offenses carrying 7+ years punishment, trial in absentia, and BNSS Section 528 (Inherent powers of High Court - formerly CrPC 482).
3. Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA)
Replaces the Evidence Act. Modernizes evidence law by granting full statutory recognition to electronic records under BSA Section 61 & Section 63 (WhatsApp chats, CCTV footage, emails, digital communication).
Transition Guidance & Judicial Precedents
As established by landmark High Court judgments (Allahabad HC, Delhi HC, Kerala HC), offenses committed prior to July 1, 2024 continue to be governed by substantive IPC provisions, whereas post-July 1, 2024 procedural steps follow BNSS and BSA mandates. Our advocates ensure seamless transition handling for pending and new cases.
